20-something Can Do: Animal Cracker Truffles

Similar to Oreo truffles, animal cracker truffles are one of the easiest and quickest treats I've made and they are a crowd-favorite! The truffles are super yummy and so so cute! Here's my super easy recipe: 

Ingredients:

3/4 package of frosted animal crackers (get a mix of pink and white) 

1 package of 8 oz. cream cheese 

1 package of white chocolate chips

Multi-colored sprinkles 

Crush animal crackers in a bag, using a pan or rolling pin. Combine crushed cookies with cream cheese; roll into balls. Freeze balls for 30 minutes or so. Melt white chocolate chips; coat balls with melted chocolate, top with sprinkles. Freeze for an hour. Serve cold.
